Dr. Michaela Martin is a naturopathic physician and licensed acupuncturist who has been serving the Waimea community for fifteen years. She received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine at National University of Natural Medicine in Portland Oregon in 2001. She holds an undergraduate degree in pharmacology from the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Martin uses her wide range of knowledge in naturopathic, Chinese, and homepathic medicine to approach wellness in a holistic, integrative way. She looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals in physical, mental, and aesthetic health.
Dr. Martin is available for consultations, acupuncture, IV vitamin therapy, and PRP treatments.
Heather Becker-Brungard

Dr. Heather Becker-Brungard is passionate about working with people to promote lasting health. She earned a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Doctorate in Oriental Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon in 2017. She received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 2006 from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Dr. Heather uses naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, gentle styles of bodywork, food as medicine, lifestyle counseling, and Western and Chinese herbs to build and maintain the foundations of health – and also incorporates western labs, imaging, pharmaceuticals, and referrals as needed.
Dr. Heather is available for naturopathic consultations; acupuncture, including pediatric non-insertive acupuncture; gentle craniosacral therapy, visceral bodywork, and myofascial release therapy; perineural injection therapy; and IV vitamin therapy.

Alison Welch
Licensed Esthetician

Alison Welch has been specializing in medical esthetics related to clinical applications for the skin for fifteen years. She is licensed as an esthetician in Hawaii and California, having attended Deloux Cosmetology Institute in San Rafael, California. She has a Master of Science in Public Health from Oregon State University and a B.A. from UC San Diego in Urban Studies with minors in Sociology and Theatre.
